Download the NHS App from the App Store or Google Play Store. You'll need a verification code from your chapter administrator to sign up.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Contact your chapter administrator or email us at nhsapp.support@gmail.com with your registered email address.
How do I track my volunteer hours?
Navigate to the "Hours" tab in the app and submit your volunteer hours with event details. Officers will review and approve your submissions.
How does attendance tracking work?
Officers can start attendance sessions at events. Members can check in using Bluetooth proximity detection or manual check-in codes.
Can I edit my profile information?
To update your profile information, please contact us at nhsapp.support@gmail.com with your requested changes. Our support team will assist you with updating your profile details.
How do I delete my account?
Email us at nhsapp.support@gmail.com with your account deletion request. We'll process it within 7 business days.
Why does the app need Bluetooth and location permissions?
Bluetooth is used for automatic attendance check-in at events. Location permission is required by Android for Bluetooth scanning. We do not collect or store your location data.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices. Your data is stored securely and never shared with third parties.
